In September 2010, SPR was awarded the Program Management, Engineering, and Acquisition Support (PMEAS) contract at Offutt AFB in Bellevue, NE.In providing services under the PMEAS contract, SPR conducts business in Colorado, Missouri, Nebraska, Texas, and Washington D.C. providing Advisory and Assistance Services to the Federal Government in multiple disciplines spanning program management, financial services, acquisition assistance, and full life cycle management.In February 2015, SPR was awarded the Program Management, Engineering, and Acquisition Support II (PMEAS II) Contract (FA4600-15-C-0004); a firm-fixed price contract for non-personnel advisory and assistance services at Offutt AFB in Bellevue, NE with a total value of $75,220,169. Contract performance began 1 April 2015. The Mission of SPR is to provide experienced and knowledgeable professionals to augment and support the needs of the DoD, Federal and State governments, and other business entities. SPR will supply personnel with the expertise to handle any and all customer requirements ensuring execution of current and future objectives. Customer satisfaction is and will always be paramount.The Vision of SPR is to be the premier and preferred provider of technical and professional solutions.SPR provides unique services addressing Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) Avoidance needs. We have Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) waivers approved by the Department of Defense (DoD).
