But there's a problem: most of that media coverage is about benefits that only a fraction of Americans receive. The reality is that only 13% of Americans have any access to paid family leave, and without meaningful public policy, itll stay that way. Our mission is to win Paid Family Leave for everyone working in America. The best way to ensure this outcome is through passage of national Paid Family Leave public policy that is universal, sustainable, accessible, inclusive and comprehensive for working people, businesses and the government.
