• The Flux Collection is a product design studio and onlinecommunity art project that creates wearable art for stylish citizen artists everywhere. Starting as a seed idea for an online art exhibition to discover new young art talent.The idea was simple: invite one emerging artist and one famous artist to collaborate with our product designers creating fashions that were art for everyday wear. Starting with two artists, more and more artists and curators would participate in our project resulting in, Art In Flux. We invited curators to comment on the fashions and invite more artists to join our collection. Our community of citizen artists help select the next talent to be printed on each collection as part of the on-going community art project. Join the movement now and become a citizen artist as part of our living social sculpture!Our core design team is made up of artists, curators, and social entrepreneurs and is based in Chicago but connected virtually around the world.Merging clothing design and online art exhibition , The Flux Collection is Art in Flux constantly producing new fashions in the era of cultural awakening. Each product is limited-edition, hand screen-printed as wearable art. Our products are available in limited museums and through our online art project.Each shirt, bag, scarf and printed garment is the work of art created in the city of Chicago. All our products are sustainable and ecologically sound. They are made with ring-spun organic cotton, fine jersey and printed with earth friendly water-based inks.The Flux Collection aspires to advocate for global creativity through a collaboration with artists producing printed fine art apparel for the fashion-savvy or art enthusiast customer. By crowd curating, we discover, select, and exhibit the work of artists from around the world for everyday fashion.
