- We are Sheridan's premier 24 hour, full service fitness and health club. Our goal is to be more than just a place where you have a membership to exercise. We want to contribute a positive force in your life and your fitness.Enjoy your own workout while experiencing CardioVision on our treadmills, ellipticals and bikes as well as streaming music throughout the club. A full line of cable equipment, free weights and racks are included to accomodate all levels of lifters. PURENERGY Fitness also offers 24 hour access to functional equipment including Kettlebells, TRX, & Bosu. Our locker rooms are full service with FREE towel service and use of day lockers and soaps so you can leave the gym refreshed!
