PurePulse may be configured, without compromise, for manual testing or for fully-automated high speed testing, depending on requirement and budget.Scorpion from GTS opens a new generation of CDM testers. Scorpion meets the new JS-002 standard and features Contact First pulse delivery. This patent pending technique of Contact CDM (CCDM) meets the latest CDM standards with higher accuracy for device classification. It is the easiest CDM tester for device setup and use. Older standard JEDEC and ESDA test heads are also available.
