• The Javon Jarrell Foundation (home of the Youth Campaign) is a 501(c)3 non profit organization with a driven focus on the mentoring of at risk youth right here in Nevada. Premised on the belief that substantive, supported mentorships can be powerful catalysts for the youth. Mentorship is a gateway and an incentive for the youth to pursue education, career goals, self empowerment, guidance, meaningful relationships and resources necessary to take concrete steps towards becoming self sufficient, self fulfilled and productive members of society. Today we are seeking to expand our programs into the juvenile detention system, family court intervention programs, school systems and other recreational centers here in Nevada. With your contribution today we will be on track to develop a greater impact amongst our youth if not the greatest impact to date. With our mentoring programs we are determined to help our youth figure out what they want TODAY and spend the rest of there life getting it done.We truly believe and understand that children are affected by our actions rather than our opinions, which is why our Youth Campaign is not only important but necessary. Teachers across Nevada report the lack of student engagement, resources, relationship and motivation as a huge concern in schools. What is unapparent in todays society is the importance of our future and how the living for today motto has been placed so literal amongst our youth. Living for today does not mean ones selfishness is to become more distinct. In fact, while living for today we should always display tenacity to ensure that our future generation of adults are fully and properly equipped for success. What separates us is our dedication and solid community relations for over 7 years now.
