• A leader in a number of industry segments, the story of Servco Pacific Inc. began in 1919 by Peter Fukunaga when he took out a small loan to purchase a two-car garage in sleepy Haleiwa town. Our beginnings were humble, but thanks to the entrepreneurial ingenuity and leadership of the Fukunaga family, we have grown into a diversified business including operations in automotive, insurance brokerage, consumer products and investments. In 2015, Servco reached another record year with $1.3 billion in revenue and 1,700 employees making us Hawaiis largest privately-owned business and 4th largest for-profit business. Weve also been recognized as one of Hawaii Business Magazines Best Places to Work for 13 years in a row a distinction held by only one other company. In 2016, Servco was recognized as Hawaii's No. 1 Best Place to Work in the Large Business category. In many ways, Servco is on a relentless pursuit to redefine service for our customers and community. But, everything we hope to accomplish will be a result of the hard work and talent of our team members. We strive to create a company with the best and brightest employees who share our belief in respect for people, service to our customers and community, teamwork and that theres always a better way to achieve our goals.
