• FitSteps is the result of a collaboration between two of the UKs most famous ballroom dancers andBritains most successful swimmer!During the long, arduous dance training sessions that are an integral part of Britains most successfulentertainment show, Strictly Come Dancing, Natalie Lowe, Ian Waite and Mark Foster had a greatidea.They decided to mix together, for the first time, the graceful steps of Ballroom and the up tempo stepsof the Latin dances to create a really fun, energetic and effective way to get fit fast that would appealto everyone, even if they couldnt dance.After working closely with a group of hand picked fitness professionals to ensure that the programmereally delivers great fitness results, Fitsteps was born a dance fitness programme that is so muchfun you dont even realise youre getting fit!FitSteps is based around twelve of the most popular ballroom and Latin dances and theyre at thestage where the first four, Waltz, Quickstep, Jive and Cha-Cha are ready to rock! The remaining eightdances will be developed over the course of the next few months.The dances have been designed to work for all age groups and all levels of ability and fitness. From thetrials FitSteps have conducted so far, where they have had people from the age of 9 to 74 participating,the feedback has been terrific.We are currently recruiting FitSteps Instructors to deliver FitSteps throughout the UK.
