Empty Cup Journey Inc.

Description

• Empty Cup Journey is opening multiple studios around the globe that offer 'Playfully Zen Lab and Self Scientist' programs. The organization is also developing an online platform.Playfully Zen Lab: The ancient practice and teachings encompassing the healing arts of East, Creative Arts, Zen, Yoga, Ayurveda and meditative therapies are being brought to you in a playful lab, for exploring the Inner science. The playfully Zen lab will give you lots of opportunities to experiment, and evolve the truth of your own being....let the innocent and spontaneous within you express itself! Becoming childlike (not childish) brings an inner joy and relaxation and helps us develop response ability (an ability to respond to a situation). This takes away the seriousness of responsibility and can be experienced in all facets of our lifestyle.Self Scientist: A self scientist is a person who stops and looks at his/her own mind, and observes the projections its making on the world. Then he/she has a tool not to change the world around, but change the way it affects him/her.At Empty Cup Journey, we have developed Energy management cycle that compiles ancient and scientific techniques from Ayurveda, Yoga, Creative Arts and Meditative therapies. The Energy assessment scale helps reflect on the shifts that these therapies bring in you. Come join us in the playful, warm environment of the studio and experience the self scientist within you.
