We were founded by Steve Erich and Eric Kallman. Steve was previously President / Partner of Crispin Porter + Bogusky (CP+B), an agency with seven global offices acknowledged as one of the most creative in the world. During his time, CP+B was named Agency of the Decade by Advertising Age, Agency of the Year 13 times, and received more Cannes Grand Prix awards than any other agency in the world. Eric was previously ECD of Goodby Silverstien & Partners where he was named one of the top 10 Chief Creatives in the country by ADWEEK. Over the past decade Eric has been one of the most effective and awarded creatives in the business. He helped create campaigns such as Old Spices The Man Your Man Could Smell Like as well as celebrated work for Skittles, Coca-Cola, KAYAK, Ragu, Little Caesars, CareerBuilder and others. Prior to GS&P he was the founding ECD of Barton F. Graf and was at Wieden+Kennedy, Portland where his work for Old Spice won the Grand Effie.
