• Over the last 20 years, Rob has brought his unique combination of interpersonal skills, media savvy, legal and investigative experience to clients facing a varying array of issues and challenges throughout the United States and worldwide. Rob Holmes honed his skills through his experiences with a very long run of work on many precedent-setting cases including Louis Vuitton v. Akanoc, Chloe v. Tradekey, Microsoft v. MikeRoweSoft, Sony Computer Entertainment v. Zoomba, Chanel v. Krispin, Federal Trade Commission v. Atkinson and Summit Entertainment v. Santia. Mr. Holmes has served as a consultant for a host of high profile fashion, entertainment and technology clients over the course of his career. In addition to his work as a strategic adviser on high profile cases, Rob also serves as a regular counselor to some of the worlds most valuable brands and has provides strategic advice on a variety of corporate issues such as intellectual property litigation, branding, mergers and acquisitions and other concepts. He has assisted leading companies such as Sony, Chanel, Microsoft, Warner Bros, Jawbone, The Los Angeles Lakers, Activision Blizzard, Gucci, Universal Studios, and Richemont on a range of legal, investigative and public relations matters. Prior to founding RLH Consulting, Rob was a partner at IPCybercrime.com LLC where he still currently holds a board position. Before that, Mr. Holmes served as Operations Manager at National Trademark Investigations, a premier intelligence firm in Los Angeles in the 1990s. During the 1980s, in his teens, Holmes worked as an undercover agent for his father, a New Jersey Private investigator specializing in counterfeit goods and organized crime. In the early 90s, he pursued a career in the evangelical ministry, where he learned more about communications and appealing to folks better judgment than most people do in a lifetime.
