    • The Andover, Kansas public school district spans 47 square miles in Butler and Sedgwick counties. The district is located in the eastern part of Sedgwick County and the western part of Butler County. The city of Andover is located east of Wichita and is home to approximately 10,000 people. More than 5,300 students attend the six elementary, two middle, two high schools and one online school in the Andover school district. Mark A. Evans is the Superintendent of Schools.Andover Public Schools holds high expectations for students and staff. Andover schools take pride in their academic excellence and progress to exceed local, state, and federal goals. Our tradition of excellence is evident in our National Merit Finalists and Semi-Finalists, state Standard of Excellence awards, state championships in athletics and activities, and regional and national recognitions awarded to programs and staff. Andover is a progressive district focused on helping students succeed.
