    • Dolly Parton's Imagination Library mails a monthly new, age-appropriate, high-quality book to registered children from birth until age five at no cost to the family, regardless of income.Gov. Phil Bredesen created the non-partisan, not-for-profit Governors Books from Birth Foundation® to serve as a catalyst and tangible resource to Tennesseans establishing and sustaining county Imagination Libraries. Initially charged with conducting the Imagination Library statewide rollout, raising statewide funds, and training volunteers, Foundation staff now serve Imagination Library organizers by providing fundraising, public relations, and other program support.ALL of Tennessees 375,000 children under age five have access to the Imagination Library. Register a child or invest in a county Imagination Library at www.GovernorsFoundation.org.
