After securing her degree in Family & Human Development with an emphasis in counseling and therapy from Utah State University, Amber worked as a crisis worker and victims advocate in the domestic and violence field for a little over two years. In 2010, she began working with an international recruiting firm, where she first started learning the art of sales, account management, & career development. Over the past 15 years, Amber's career has evolved into a broad range of experience and industry knowledge. Relocating to San Diego in 2013 created a shift in her career, and she then began consulting with various companies in the Southern California Region. Due to the rapid growth of her clients, Talent Fusion Point officially began in 2016. The firm is strategically aligned with top partners in the industry and offers the ability to coordinate full-service placement firm services to nearly any industry for nearly any position.
