In the Aztec language, Mayana means to be hungry. Open in spring 2016, Mayana Mexican Kitchen offers a fast-casual lunch option that doesn't shy away from serious flavor. Starting with quality ingredients and house-made tortillas, Mayana Mexican Kitchen offers classic Mexican options like tacos, burritos, and quesadillas, made to order with meat or vegetarian filling and your choice of toppings.
