- We are a Washington state non-profit organization offering boating excursions on Puget Sound to our Wounded Warriors, Disabled/Ill Children, Isolated Seniors and PNW Tribes. Our Mission Porpoise Play Excursions (PPE) mission is to promote the health and well-being of wounded warriors, children with life changing illnesses, and Pacific Northwest Native American tribes, isolated elderly and their families. PPE aims to accomplish this by providing recreational boating activities around the Puget Sound. With these boating activities, the audiences will have direct aquatic experiences that will contribute to the enrichment and serenity of their lives. Our Vision We are to be the recognized, documented leader in specialty adventure programs. Our programs are centered to promote social inclusion for thousands of people belonging to unique groups each year.
