Howard Fischer Associates

Description

• HFA is one of the leading executive and board search firms in the nation. Our success stems from our belief that leadership is the most powerful competitive advantage a company can possess in the global marketplace. We are committed to helping our clients achieve their goals by identifying outstanding leaders who will fit or help change their culture. Our process has been well-honed after 40 years of sustained excellence in retained executive and board search and proactive external succession planning. We consistently rank in the top 25 most experienced and successful search firms in the U.S. (as measured by annual revenue). Our metric for success is focused on the long-term performance of the candidate after the hire. Our 360-degree audit process ensures that all candidates are fully vetted and will fit the culture of the client. Following placement, we measure candidate performance, as well as client and candidate satisfaction, via proprietary performance surveys to confirm that the relationship is exceeding expectations. While most firms are paid solely on a commission basis, the results of these surveys are directly tied to our compensation. We take on a limited number of searches, so that we can provide the highest level of service. Every search is unique, requiring a combination of analytical and creative thinking, focused in-depth evaluation, and ongoing communication. We offer a wide range of industry expertise, working with growth-oriented companies in the public and private sectors in Telecommunications, Media, Technology, Consumer Services, Financial Services, Manufacturing, and Consumer Products. To date, we have completed more than 2,500 executive searches at the VP-level and above and for Boards of public and private companies. We serve companies across numerous functional areas, including: Finance, Human Resources, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and IT.
