The Power instructional classes, based on kickboxing and boxing help you uncover your own bodys power all while helping you burn a thousand calories an hour.Those who want to challenge themselves further can join our intermediate to advanced Muay Thai, Jujitsu and Boxing training, run by current and former pro fighters and champion coaches thats where the fun is!Balancing out our fight classes are the Pilates, cycling and burn sessions giving you some time off punching and kicking while helping you stay in top shape.At TBC, we believe that our clients should never just be the faces in crowded classes. Our commitment to our clients is reflected in everything we do, from keeping class sizes comfortable for personal attention to learning more about our clients to help them achieve their goals faster and more effectively.In 2014, The Boxing Club underwent a change of ownership.
