Midwest Investments and their owners were operating as Joyce Factory Direct of St. Louis and have materially defaulted in numerous respects per the agreements as a licensee. As a consequence, all agreements with Midwest Investments and their owners have been terminated. As a result of this termination, neither Midwest Investments nor any other affiliated company has the right to use the Joyce product names or any of the Joyce trademarks or copyrights. All consumer contracts and obligations were between Midwest Investments and those vendors or consumers.
