Robert Schuller VSI Global was founded in 1994 to manage national chain stores floor care equipment. What started out with a single client wanting a resource for store associates to call and troubleshoot vacuum repair issues. VSI has grown into North Americas largest vacuum cleaner remanufacturing facility. Today, VSI assists over 72,000 facilities in 16 countries. VSIs The Vacuum Helpline is staffed by highly trained Call Center Technicians handling thousands of troubleshooting calls, 30% of all calls resolve the issue at the store. If repairs are needed, VSI offers a Commercial Vacuum Cleaner Core Recovery & Remanufacturing program. With the program, a completely assembled replacement unit is shipped to your location. The associate will then use the box to return the broken unit to VSI for the remanufacturing process. It will then be put into your Dedicated Inventory. Our service process is what sets VSI apart from the rest. At VSI we do not repair, we remanufacture. Our technicians completely disassemble each unit, replacing worn and broken parts with new parts. It is then washed, waxed and checked by quality control. Then it is returned to your dedicated inventory. It is because of this extensive process that our clients are getting 12+ years out of their equipment. Protecting the environment has always been a cornerstone of VSIs business philosophy.
