We strive to recognize barriers that affect each client we work with and build a plan of action to overcome those barriers. By acknowledging these limitations we will create a workout routine suitable to each client that will allow them in time to overcome their limitations, and reach their fitness goals. Our vision is to build a community where clients and non-clients can come together and support one another through the journey to become a healthier and happier version of their current selves. We also aim to create an atmosphere that is judgment free which allows for personal growth to be obtained in a healthy manor, and at a pace that helps to safeguard against adverse effects created by the clients current fitness barriers. Our ultimate goal is to provide each client essential tools, knowledge, and support that allows them to continue their fitness journey away from us. However, we will continue to train and work with clients that feel they need the continued support from us to maintain or even reach new heights in their fitness journey. Our belief at Genesis X Fitness is that achievement is not just in ones physical accomplishments, but combined with PERMA, a happiness model developed by Martin Seligman, clients can obtain an overall well-being to a happier lifestyle.
