- Eleven Engineering & Design, LLC (11ED) is a structural engineering and building design firm headquartered in Portland, Oregon with offices located in Washington and Colorado. We are an Emerging Small Business and Service Disabled Veteran Owned. Our staff specializes in the public and private realm of Government, Educational, Healthcare, and Commercial facilities.11ED has nearly 60 years of combined experience in structural engineering, building design & code analysis for building renovations, additions, adaptive re-use, and new construction; specializing in seismic design for new and existing buildings. Throughout our careers, 11ED staff has participated in a variety of feasibility studies, remodels, large additions, and ground-up construction. This experience has lead our staff to develop an understanding of what it takes to design a state-of-the-art facility, and for converting existing spaces into new uses and facility expansion. We utilize partnerships with various consultants so that we may provide a single source for all of your current and future engineering and building design needs.
