Houck Asphalt Maintenance, Inc.

Description

• We're not just another average asphalt maintenance contractor. We're passionate about what we do and who we do it for. Our reputation means everything to us. Its our livelihood and means for supporting the 30+ families that we've grown to employ over the last 28 years. We pay a great amount of detail to every project we're contracted for. I know every contractor talks about quality, but the difference with us, is we actually do care and have systems and processes in place to constantly check and balance not only our quality of work, but our quality of customer service. We guarantee your satisfaction with our finished services and they're backed by our no hassle, no questions asked warranty. We've grown to become the largest sealcoating business in the Cincinnati market, yet we still keep that hometown, personal touch customer service feel with every client. For years I've listened to clients complain about waiting on other contractors for weeks to provide estimates, complete their projects, having to baby sit projects on weekends when they should be with their families, etc, etc.I can ensure you that we are different. Estimates are delivered within 48 hours of your initial request. Why wait a week or two on a salesman that obviously doesn't want your work? Our General Manager has one job. Customer Service/Project Management. From the time that you approve our contract, he schedules your project, proactively manages and constantly inspects for quality control and most importantly, communicates updates with you throughout the different phases of the project. Enjoy your weekends stress free while we complete and manage your projects for you. That is why you hired us, right? Our services have to grown to include the following: Asphalt Sealcoating, Asphalt Repairs, Asphalt Paving, Concrete Remove/Replace and Installations, Parking Lot Striping, Crackfilling, Catch Basins and drains.
