• HDM Pools has been providing high quality affordable commercial pool service in Central Florida unlike any other pool company. We have the privilege of providing professional services to over many residential and commercial properties throughout the area. Our business has grown from a few residential and commercial customers to one of the fasted growing pool service providers in Central Florida. Such growth has come from satisfied customers and referrals.All of our pool and repair technicians are uniformed employees. As a result, the HDM Pools team is comprised of competent, knowledgeable and reliable team members. Before hire, our employees submit to a thorough background check, a credit check, and driving record check. New hires under-go extensive on-the-job training, and must demonstrate their competence through performance testing. Continuing education programs help our employees grow and identify a career path within the company, resulting in greater employee retention.HDM Pools recognizes that our field employees are the most important part of our team and as such we invest an extraordinary amount of time and money in the initial and on-going training of our pool and repair technicians. Our initial one month training program is followed up with continuous ongoing field training, manufacturer and class-room training programs.Each of our pool service accounts is evaluated monthly by a dedicated route inspector on fifteen specific criteria. Our inspector evaluates each technician's performance, and they become eligible for awards and bonuses based on their scores. When problems are encountered, however, they are addressed immediately through continued training and remediation. There are no hidden costs in our monthly commercial cleaning, aside from the unexpected repairs that may arise that are unfortunately out of our control.
