My Amazing Team

Description

• Created to bring excitement and innovation to the way organisations find, keep and engage amazing, high performing teams, MAT is somewhere between a Creative Agency and a Management Consultancy. We're unique, think differently... and love doing it! We're fascinated with work, workplace, performance and people. Our aim is to innovate and we work using the 'Hollywood' model - the right people on the right projects, anywhere in the world. We're always testing ideas and theories for better, more productive working. We deliver commissions and projects for great clients, but we also create our own innovation project ideas and make them available to be snapped up by forward-thinking organisations.Working with MAT is about your people. Every project, consultancy or commission we deliver is shaped to involve your teams, creating successful outcomes alongside engagement, ownership and purpose. To open your organisation and its teams to new ideas, we need to challenge you and tear down obstacles, traditions and preconceptions. Nothing we do is conventional, you'll need to be prepared for that...We'll never know what we can achieve together until we meet, so the first meeting's on us. Take a look at the website to get an idea of what to expect!
