Our focus is on providing better solutions for health care delivery.Our management team has spent years in the industry, and has used this knowledge to respond to gaps in the provision of health care products and services. The introduction of the Prescription Discount Card in 2011 addressed the growing need for affordable medicines by the estimated over 100 million people in America who didnt have full prescription coverage and were subject to high out-of-pocket costs. Even with the Affordable Care Act in place, this statistic is not expected to change significantly.To ensure that the best possible discounts and savings are made available to cardholders, Watertree Health has forged partnerships with the nations leading Pharmacy Benefit Managers that have the power to negotiate and reduce prescription costs. Additionally over 60 thousand independent and major retail pharmacies across the country have joined our effort to improve the health of all people in Americaalong with hospitals, clinics, and other health care providers. As well, charities and other organizations are helping to promote and distribute the Watertree Health Prescription Discount Card.Currently, we operate nationally and on a local basis in almost all 50 states with a network of more than 200 representatives. Watertree Health does not sell or share personal health information. We strictly adhere to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Privacy Rule, which protects the privacy of individually identifiable health information and the HIPAA Security Rule, which sets national standards for the security of electronic protected health information.
