IFET makes use of kb's, sandbags, suspension training, primitive movements, tires, and much more. *Total Body KB BlastA group exercise instructor training. A very basic offering--meant for lighter bells--and appropriate for clubs wishing to implement KB training into the group ex classroom. Taught with music and choreography.
