With Powerboat Passport, well teach you on our Powerboats, and when youre finished with your boating lessons, you can charter her yourself! This means you are the captain, taking your family and friends out for a day on the water.Powerboat Charters We charter our Powerboats two ways:First, we Bareboat Charter it to those who have taken our Powerboat Passport program.
