• Working Credit NFP (WCNFP) is a non-profit organization that brings credit-building services and products to U.S. workers in the form of an employee benefit. Working Credit helps employees build and sustain strong FICO credit scores so they can reduce or eliminate expenses inflated by poor or no credit. We do this by working with employers to offer as a benefit--at no cost to employees--a Credit Wellness Program. We leverage data, technology, and human-centered design to engage employees and provide them with the information and tools they need to move towards financial stability. Working Credit is a service and a research organization. We keep the individual financial circumstances of employees confidential, but share anonymized data with employers and other stakeholders on a regular basis Our Credit Wellness Program is a two-year program in which we pull a TransUnion credit report (soft pull) at intake and every 6 months for 2 year. Our data (below) comes from TransUnion credit reports pulled for participants enrolled in our Credit Wellness Program at intake and then 6 months later. Working Credit's Data Highlights (as of 4/5/16): * 70% of employees increased their FICO credit score * Number of employees with delinquencies (late payments) decreased by 41% * Number of employees with collection decreased by 22%
