• Voss Industries, LLC is a vertically integrated corporation composed of three operating divisions: Voss Aerospace, Clamp Technology and Voss Technologies. Key product lines include extensive prototype and OEM components consisting of: Sheet metal and machined V-retainer couplings and mated flanges, band clamps, strap assemblies, sheet metal ducting, bulge-formed shapes, custom-welded fabrications, and specialty fasteners. Diverse manufacturing capabilities include: CNC machining, precision stamping and fabricating, roll forming, axialload bulge forming, deep drawing and cold heading operations. Additional expertise is found in Voss capabilities of seam, resistance and fusion welding, metal finishing and mil-spec painting. The aforementioned are enhanced through inhouse design and development, tooling, prototyping and testing. Quality Assurance Programs are compliant to ISO 9001:2008, AS9100C and CFR14, Part 21. Additionally Voss is certified to NADCAP requirements for Welding, Chemical Processing, Non-destructive Testing and Fluid Systems. All systems are designed to meet or exceed industry requirements. Since 1980 Voss has supplied a variety of components to all major airframe, jet engine and space vehicle manufacturers. Primary applications of Voss Aerospace products are: Commercial & military pneumatic ducting components for APUs environmental control, bleed air and deicing systems, jet engine components, missile components, accessory attachments, landing gear, breaking systems, aircraft exhaust and FAA/PMA replacement parts. Among the many customers Voss Aerospace serves are Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Airbus (EADS), Rolls Royce, General Electric, BAE, Cessna, Gulf Stream, Eclipse, Raytheon, Goodrich, Embraer, Senior Aerospace, Pratt & Whitney, Bombardier, Hamilton Sundstrand, Barnes Aerospace, Honeywell, Northrop, Mitsubishi, Bell/Textron, Augusta, Sikorsky, ATK and Meggitt Aerospace.
