• Our HistoryOrganized in 2009, the California Diversity Council (CADC) is committed to fostering a learning environment for organizations to grow and leverage their knowledge of diversity. Through a variety of events and programs, the CADC serves as the premier resource for diversity best practices and leadership development in the state of California. It is currently comprised of 5 advisory boards: San Diego, Los Angeles, San Francisco/Bay Area, Silicon Valley, and Orange County. A new advisory board in Sacramento will be added during the fall of 2016. Our MissionEnhance appreciation for and understanding of the value of diversity and inclusion.
