Our seminars also benefit children by teaching parents about childhood development, improving parenting skills, and learning how to prepare and support their children so that they may be successful throughout their school years and beyond. Our history.Lifetrack was established in 1985 as a program of the St. Paul Public Schools to provide early childhood education to working parents in downtown St. Paul. Over time, the center broadened its focus to include parenting classes of children from birth through young adulthood, and work-life education that addresses issues throughout the life cycle. Today, Lifetrack partners with other organizations to provide comprehensive, cost-effective work-life programs in over 39 states.
