- The Net Lease Group, founded by Esmael Hill and Philip Wickstrom, is a national commercial real estate advisory and investment firm, headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. The Net Lease Group specializes in the institutional and private client execution of single-tenant, net lease transactions and provides the following services to its clients: Investment Sales, Build-to-Suit Advisory, Sale-Leaseback Advisory, Tenant Representation, and Debt/Equity Placement. Prior to founding The Net Lease Group, Philip and Esmael formed and managed the Net Lease Services practice in Cushman & Wakefields Atlanta office. Together, they have a combined transaction volume of over $3.5 billion in the execution of single tenant net lease transactions. Philip Wickstrom and Esmael Hill are both seasoned real estate professionals with over 25 years of combined acquisition, disposition, development, legal, transaction structuring, and transaction management experience.
