At The Institute we perform a comprehensive client evaluation for everyone. Which doesnt just limit you to body composition and overhead squat test, but includes the Functional Movement Screen and Y-Balance Test. We pride ourselves in being the only fitness facility to do so in our area. We implement scientifically based methods in our program design to maximize the clients results. The Institute will create a customized LIVE-it Plan for each person. We work around your schedule to create a plan for success. After your evaluation and figuring out together what is the best plan of attack for you we create a monthly schedule of our commitments broken down day-by-day. At the end of every week we review our commitments and make adjustments to make sure we stay on track to reach our goals. We understand that this is a partnership and are here for you.
