Each season as the Barn grows weve managed to find more products that express both our shared experience and our ideas for the future. We first opened for business in 2006 and since then have steadily grown to where we are today, selling what we feel is a unique range of products. For this we thank our customers who have always played a crucial role in our development. Wed love to hear from you & welcome you to share your ideas & comments with us, or better still, to visit us at the Barn!We are lucky enough to be situated on the Pemaquid Peninsula, one of the most historic and beautiful areas in Maine. Settled by Europeans in the early 1600s, it was at one time home to the Abenaki Indians or People of the Eastern Dawn. Once considered a natural Eden because of the abundance of fish & wildlife, the region is still fortunate enough to support working harbors where lobster, crab, bluefish, and swordfish are unloaded daily for delivery around Maine and south to Massachusetts and New York. Its natural beauty and spectacular shoreline are hard to beat.We are 22 miles northeast of Boothbay Harbor, 30 miles south of Camden and 3 miles from Rte 1 at Damariscotta.
