- Divistock aims to create the first decentralized blockchain for the creation of tokenized assets. We plan to allow investors and companies to be able to tokenize their assets so they can access the many features of blockchain technology while being able to hold their assets independently. The project will accomplish this by using the Direct Registration system of publicly traded assets or another identifying system to be able to individually assign each asset to its own token. We will have 2 Token types. One for individual investors with capabilities for most publicly traded assets, but less features and mostlikely will be confined to the Divistock exchange and wallet. Then there will be a token type only for company owned and distributed assets such as shares and bonds, but with more features for companies to use to gain funding/drive investors to their tokenized assets.
