- Ridgeview was founded in 1957 in Anderson County and has expanded over time its provision of mental health and substance abuse services to Campbell, Morgan, Roane, and Scott counties. We are a place where complex needs of individuals and families are met with hope and compassionate care from the first point of contact through the entire care experience. A hallmark of our services is our dedication to Best Practice Standards, to Evidence-Based Practices, and to the use of Electronic Health Record technology.
