• Manhattan Concrete LLC is an open shop concrete foundation and superstructure contractor. Consultancy and construction services are managed by key personnel with over 60 years of combined industry experience in the greater New York City area. On staff we have NYC DOB licensed concrete safety managers, certified tower crane erectors/operators, DOB licensed master riggers and expediters. Manhattan Concrete delivers a premium quality product through meticulous planning, a strong plan execution and a good old-fashioned hard work attitude. In high rise concrete superstructure we use Doka, Peri, Aluma, Ulma, Titan or custom-made wood formwork systems to deliver an on schedule, within budget project. We have experience building one-faced walls, self-climbing wall systems,safety cocoons, vertical/horizontal netting, erecting tower cranes and can product high quality architectural concrete. Below grade we underpin, excavate, waterproof, drill caissons/shoring piles/tiebacks and set rock anchors. We can just complete the Support of Excavation for a project or bring the foundation to steel level depending on the customers needs.
