• Founded in 1989, PsychBC is a team of 11 psychiatrists, 5 advanced practice nurses and more than 75 psychologists, clinical counselors and social workers serving children, adolescents, adults and families in nine locations across northeast Ohio and northern Kentucky. Our experienced specialists provide therapy and treatment for a wide range of mental health issues that include depression, anxiety, anger and stress management, bipolar disorder, alcohol or drug abuse and addiction. PsychBC has earned The Joint Commission's Gold Seal of Approval® for accreditation by demonstrating compliance with The Joint Commission's national standards for health care quality. The accreditation recognizes PsychBC's dedication to continuous compliance with The Joint Commission's state-of-the-art standards. PsychBC clinicians follow a problem-solving approach to therapy and treatment, which includes comprehensive evaluation, collaborative development of goals, and psychiatric assessment and medication when appropriate.
