    Description

    • SuredBits is a bitcoin protection company. We offer bitcoin protection in the case of private key loss. Users can have a policy protecting their bitcoins within minutes. This policy is represented as a transaction on the blockchain. SuredBits has a strong philosophy that all bitcoin users should periodically move their bitcoin to new addresses. We promote this activity by utilizing NLockTime transactions. When users create a policy, they create a signed NLockTimeTx for the amount in the protected address. If the user doesnt move the bitcoins in that protected address before the specified duration, the NLockTimeTx is validated and broadcasted on the blockchain. To promote the replacement of addresses, users can move the bitcoins from the protected address to their new address of their choosing. Once bitcoins are moved from the protected address, the NLockTimeTx is invalidated because the bitcoins are no longer there and the policy is successfully concluded: the user created a protection policy and did not lose their private key/sustain a loss. The user is encouraged to create a separate protection policy with SuredBits. Currently we are going through Boost.vc's accelerator.
