• The history of California Coastal Loans has an interesting story behind it. The companys partners Dino Katsiametis, whos extensive experience and knowledge of the mortgage lending industry, and Sean Kelley, whos vibrant enthusiasm and passion for building a sustainable business, joined forces in early 2014 and then went on to become partners in 2016. Prior to the partnership forming California Coastal Loans was established in 1999 when Dino saw an opportunity to grow within the industry. The company ceased doing business from 2011 to 2016, due to the financial crisis carrying too heavy of a burden. After careful consideration Dino & Sean decided to reopen California Coastal Loans and have it be guided by Biblical values. We then a few core values which include the following; integrity, family, people, relationships & service which consistently guide the company both in its long-term vision and day to day operations. The mission of California Coastal Loans is to deliver an honest, well communicated, knowledge based mortgage lending experience. We stand firm in that mission statement and will stop at nothing to ensure that each client receives an unbelievable experience. Our vision at California Coastal Loans is to foster an environment where partnership is attainable for those who desire to become part of something bigger than themselves.
