• We are a government organization connecting vital businesses with work-ready job seekers and employer-driven services. We provide no-cost job seeker services from resume assistance and interview training to computer skills and more. Clients range from entry-level to professional; include youth, adults, people returning to the workforce, and those with barriers to employment. Veterans receive priority service, facilities are ADA-compliant, and all services are available in Spanish, by appointment. In support of regional businesses, we host tailored, no-cost recruitment and hiring events including candidate sourcing, group and individual pre-employment assessments, maintain a job database of searchable candidate profiles and offer tailored analytical research, funded apprenticeships, internships and more. We promote the economic vitality of the Pikes Peak Region. We're agile at responding to emerging needs of our diverse and growing regional workforce. We change the lives of job seekers with proven training and employment opportunities. Our employer partners know and acknowledge the value we add to their bottom line and we are a model for the responsible use of federal funds and a leader in workforce development, organizational effectiveness and collaborative partnerships. The PPWFC serves both El Paso and Teller Counties.
