- We are a small California based equal opportunity employer specializing in professional informatics consulting. Our core competency is in the development of tooling to support authoring and maintenance of structured terminologies as well as tooling for publishing and data quality analysis and mapping to other terminologies. We have additional experience in terminology based analytics, including semi-automated approaches to aligning knowledge resources and extracting structured information from unstructured data.We work with a variety of government and private organizations to develop enterprise terminology maintenance solutions.We have expertise in using and implementing SNOMED CT and its data structures, including maintaining of extensions, conversion between legacy RF1 and RF2, and use of the various IHTSDO tooling platforms used to support SNOMED CT. We have recently worked with IHTSDO to develop an integrated mapping tool to support mappings from SNOMED to ICD10, IC9CM, and ICPC.We have a terminology server platform developed around a flexible terminology model that can natively support all of the terminologies of the UMLS. This environment has loaders for RRF, RF2, Claml, and Owl data files. It supports authoring (with classification), terminology integration, semantic searching, and other capabilities. See our read-only browser environment at http://umls.terminology.tools .We are now developing a terminology enabled analytic engine that is backed by our terminology server products and supports a wide variety of use cases that involve asking questions of complex full or partially structured data, and/or taking one kind of data (say a code, unstructured note, or an information model) and turning it into another kind of data (an object graph, a different information model, or a structured note). Our first public iteration of this tool is nearly ready and will support lookups across NDC codes and RXNORM.
