He has several certifications including Robert Magers Criterion-Referenced Instruction, Jeff Nelson's Expert OJT, William Bridges Transition Management, and Achieve Globals Trainer Excellence & Organization Effectiveness. A graduate of UC Davis, he earned a Masters degree in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco.Tyler Wade spent nine years in the win-lose world of California politics before moving on to the positive, collaborative, win-win world of workplace learning and performance. His greatest thrill as a people developer is the Aha! Momentthat moment of clarity when some additional understanding, wisdom, or recognition brings learning home.
