• Hi, Im Jordan Ambra.I founded Serenity Software in May 2000 because I wanted to help bring some sanity to my friends businesses. I kept hearing from them how frustrated they were with the software they were using, how it just didnt work for them and their business, and that they hated it. Hated it! Can you believe that?So I set out to change that by focusing first on the people that actually use software, and building trust with them by making our software dependable and high-quality.Software is a hard problem to solve, but it doesnt have to be broken and stupid.Since then, weve built so many amazing software products, helped hundreds of businesses become more efficient, and learned how to put software to work for people and make them happy.
