By providing superior customer service and quality packaging and logistics services, we are able to fulfill our social mission to provide fulfilling work opportunities to over 300 adults with disabilities. The support and training for skill development provided by BCI allows our employees to utilize the abilities they have to achieve their potential and find purpose in meaningful employment. BCI employs over 350 individuals between our two fully equipped facilities. BCI also has considerable proficiency of services such as inventory management, labor solutions, and has been certified through the International Standard of Operations.
