We are family owned and operated, combining the last 4 generations of building knowledge and experience into each home and project. We work with trusted vendors, licensed subcontractors, local realtors and banks to provide you with a quality that you can trust. We have the knowledge and experience to work together with your realtor and bank to help with every aspect of the home buying process. We have specific floor plans you can choose from. We can create a custom design with your thoughts and ideas. We will work with you on a floor plan of your choosing to set up a materials listing and budget, and we will consult with you during each phase of construction to address your concerns or demands. Weisbender Homes LLC stands ready to serve you and the community. We use standard building practices which conform to 2012 International Building Code. We use CAD/Auto Desk LT, and Punch Software for design work. Our Homes are thought of and designed as a whole, with focus on each room as its own area and how that area interacts with others and their connected components, utilizing as much available space as possible to provide a highly functional and affordable home with very little wasted floor space. Our work come with a standard 1 year warranty on materials and a 3 year Warranty on all workmanship, with all other warranties applied.
