With a background in architecture and medical social work, Dr. MacAllister has blended her experience to pioneer a unique, evidence-based approach in the health care industry and beyond. Enviah is also a WBENC-certified Womens Business Enterprise.Dr. MacAllister has worked with some of the largest health care systems in the country, leading operational assessments and facilitating the integration of people and place with a clear process. Her research focuses on exploring direct outcome measures such as HCAHPS scores, effectiveness and productivity. MacAllister serves on multiple national boards; she earned a PhD in architecture, culture, and behavior from the Georgia institute of Technology.
