The key advantage with the Design-Build method is the in-house team of professional architects, engineers, project managers, superintendents, and field crews. The in-house team promotes daily collaboration on design, cost, scheduling, and the construction process. We offer a full range of services including design, consultation, planning, site selection and development, rezoning, code compliance, conventional and pre-engineered construction, finishing, expansion/remodeling, and maintenance. Ancon is not just a big building builder. Ancon Building Services (ABS) was created 25 years ago for smaller scale work. It is an entire division team dedicated to small renovation projects and building maintenance/repairs to the commercial and industrial sector. The division focuses on building repairs and maintenance, office renovation, ADA accessibility upgrades, painting, emergency repairs, metal siding, façade restoration, truck dock repairs, and machine pit installations.Ancon is an employee owned company which allows us to retain the best employees and instill pride in ownership resulting in a better experience for our clients.
