The current owner, President Thomas Livingston, purchased Martex in February 2002. We concentrate our activities on large commercial and homeowner association properties. Our service delivery model is based on a routine inspection process and a commitment to the constant improvement of our properties and our service. Our service divisions include Landscape Maintenance, Landscape Installation, Irrigation, and Janitorial Maintenance.
